I have been working out with Barrett for a couple years now and I must say that he is the best personal trainer I ever had. Before meeting Barrett, I was very skinny and never ate properly. Now, I have gained a great amount of muscle weight (and confidence), thanks to Barrett's guided weight training and proper dieting.
