Dr. Pluskat Is THE BEST!! Her bedside demeanor is so calming, she makes you feel like she loves and cares for your animal. She explains everything she sees, gives treatment recommendations and tells you how she would treat your pet as if it were her pet. The vet techs are awesome as well; they come in and discuss the vets recommendation and the price for care and work with you to come to an informed decision on care. I can’t say enough how knowledgeable and caring this place is, plus they accommodate people who work before 9 and after 6. BRING YOUR BABIES HERE!

I would not recommend that anybody bring their animal to this animal clinic.
We brought in our 3 year old kitten for an appointment recently at 9 PM because he was having trouble urinating and was meowing in discomfort.
First impressions were the office was tiny, dirty, and had an odor that did not speak "hospital" to me; the staff seemed disinterested.
Dr. Pluskat was rough-handed on getting our scared kitty out of his carrier and feeling around for his bladder. After a 1 minute evaluation, they gave us a quote for a 1-3 night hospital stay with catheter to drain his bladder and IV for $1500-$2000. We felt we had no choice as no other options were given for home treatment so we agreed and let them take him back.
At around 11:45 PM we received an update call that our kitty was asleep and draining and all sounded okay.
The next morning at 8 AM, we received a phone call from Dr. Black saying that our cat had died overnight.
The explanation we received was that his kidneys possibly failed causing his heart to stop, but we were distraught at the news.
We had no idea he was in a life-threatening situation, or we would have taken him to a 24 hour clinic.
I would not recommend having your animals evaluated here, especially overnight or if you think it's an emergency.
We left hurt and angry not knowing or getting a straight answer if our kitty was actually that sick (he was bright and vibrant leading up to this day), or wondering if the Doctors had accidentally overdosed him on drugs or sedatives and left him in an unstable condition overnight alone with no supervision.
Please consider our story if you're wondering whether to bring your loved ones here, as our joy was taken from our lives under the hands of a very callous staff, with hardly a meaningful "sorry your cat died", and a $1000 bill with three papers all being left of our kitty.
